Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 1 November 2026
Slingr's Pro passes are one-time payments for a set period. This page explains what happens if you change your mind or something goes wrong.
How passes work
- Pro comes as a Day pass (₹15, 24 hours), Monthly (₹199) or Semester (₹499, 4 months).
- Every pass is a one-time, prepaid payment. Nothing renews by itself and you're never charged again unless you buy another pass.
- Pro is switched on in your account right after payment. Slingr is a digital service, so nothing is shipped.
- If you buy a pass while one is still running, the new time is added after the current end date, so you don't lose any days.
Cancelling
There's nothing to cancel: a pass simply ends on its end date and your account goes back to Free. Your contacts, drafts and settings stay. You can also delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; that doesn't give a refund by itself.
Refunds
- Semester pass: full refund if you ask within 3 days of buying it, no questions asked.
- Day pass and Monthly: not refundable once bought, because they're short and start straight away.
- On any pass: you always get your money back if you were charged twice, or if you paid and Pro didn't switch on and we can't fix it.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
How to ask for a refund
Email slingr.office@gmail.com from your Slingr account's email address, with the date and amount of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days (your bank may take a little longer). Pro ends on your account once a pass is refunded.
