Cold emails that sound like you. Follow-ups you won't forget.

Slingr is a Chrome side panel and a dashboard for internship, referral and networking outreach. It researches the person with you, writes a personal first email, and reminds you when to follow up.

How it works

  1. 1

    Research

On someone's LinkedIn profile, click the Slingr tab. Add their profile and anything they've written: articles, reports, interviews.

  2. 2

    Draft

Slingr writes a personal cold email in your own voice, using only facts from the pages you added. Edit it, then open it in Gmail.

  3. 3

    Follow up

Save the person as a contact. Slingr tells you who to follow up with each day, and drafts the follow-up too.

What you get

Sounds like you

Learns from your sample emails, your writing style and the edits you make.

Facts, not filler

Hooks come from the person's real work, never invented. Research notes show where each fact came from.

Never forget a follow-up

A simple pipeline and a daily list of who's due, on your own schedule.

Works with Gmail

Open drafts in Gmail with your resume attached, and Slingr notices what you send and who replies, right from your Gmail tab. Free.

Learns what works

Pro shows which hooks and timings get replies, imports a year of past outreach, and saves drafts straight to Gmail.

Private by design

Slingr never sends email for you. It reads a page only when you click, and your Gmail tab only if you turn tracking on.

Everything you know about them falls in. One email comes out.

The pages you pick are pulled in, compiled with your own voice, and sent out as one personal email. It keeps orbiting with follow-ups until they reply, and every reply makes the next email better.

An original score, made live in your browser. The drop lands about 25 seconds in.

Your piece on q-commerce margins

Dear Ms Rao,

I'm Aarav, a second-year at SSCBS.

Your article on dark-store margins made me curious about two things:

1. When do dark stores break even?
2. What would you test first?

Could we speak for 15 minutes?
Best, Aarav

Act II · The tesseract: how Slingr learns your voice

Every email you've sent becomes a shelf. Slingr measures each one (hook, length, subject, timing) and marks which got a reply within 14 days.

From the patterns it writes short rules, your learned notes, and every new draft follows them. You can read and edit each rule.

SSCBS ’27 · Builder and scrambler

I'm a student at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University, and I lead its Consulting Cell. I've grown and upskilled myself in a strong student-led community, and now I'm building things to make it even better.

Cold outreach was a big part of that growth, but it was painstaking: hours of research, and follow-ups that lived in a messy spreadsheet. Slingr is the tool I wished I had: it researches the person with you, writes in your voice, and tells you who to follow up with.
